About 60 percent of a person’s body consists of water or as much as 11 gallons. Water is essential to every cell of the body, so it is not surprising that a recent study found that water could make your thinking sharper.
The scientists put the findings in the British Psychological Society Annual Conference in London, that the student who brought water and drink it when exams can earn higher test scores than his colleagues who did not bring drinking water.
Researchers hypothesize that drinking water can increase students’ thinking, helping to keep them calm and reduce anxiety that may hinder performance when doing the exam.
Other studies have also suggested that the body is hydrated or getting enough water intake can make a sharper memory, mood is stable and strong motivation, so that it can solve problems easily.

Drinking enough water can prevent your mouth from feeling dry. Dry mouth can cause bad breath, even can promote tooth decay.
