1. Just drink a little water
The body needs plenty of water to get rid of toxins in the body, so despite the cold one still needs to drink plenty of water. But when the air is cold, the body’s response to thirst will be weakened, and people tend to drink less which can affect the immune system.

2. Weight loss
Some people sometimes happy if his weight down, but if the decline could be due to a lot of a particular disease caused by the immune system unable to fight.

3. Nose feels dry
Mucus in the nose serves catching a virus or a foreign object into the body. If your nose feels dry then the bacteria will more easily enter and infect the body.

4. Always feel stressed
According to a report from the American Psychological Association, long-term stress weakens the immune system response. Besides Philip Tierno, PhD, director of clinical microbiology and immunology at New York University said that if someone had the flu during stress, the symptoms will become worse.

5. Always a cold
This suggests the immune system is not working optimally. In an average adult having a cold 1-3 times each year that can last for 3-4 days. If more than that could be the immune system decreases. To increase it to do regular exercise, a healthy diet and getting enough sleep.
